What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We will gladly accept domestic (Canada) and US returns if you get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. Find our return policy and return instructions here
Are any purchases final sale?
Seconds
We sell products that have small blemishes that occur in the printing, concrete curing or production and manufacture process. These products are called "Seconds". They are final sale only.
When will I get my order?
Our lead time for each order is about 1 week.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada and the US only.
As a small and growing business, we are currently unable to ship overseas. The cost of international shipping is more than we can afford at this time, and passing those expenses on to you would make our products unfairly expensive for our valued customers. We hope to offer overseas shipping in the future as we continue to grow.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
